Refund policy

Due to requirements by manufacturer, we cannot accept returns if product is opened.

Returns of unopened products may be accepted.

Cancellations can not be completed after product shipment is complete.

If customer wants to return unopened product after an order has been fulfilled, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

After a returned product is received and inspected, refund of the purchase price minus the initial shipping cost will be processed immediately.
